Acclaimed Couture Designer Ella Pritsker Launches Signature Performance Line, EPC Style
–Everyday Fashion Combined with Haute Couture for the Active, Fashion Forward Woman To Transcend the Day —
Celebrated custom couture designer Ella Pritskerannounces today the expansion of her brand with the launch of her signature performance line EPC Style. Fashion house Ella Pritsker Couture introduces the new line to offer options for active, fashion forward women in which they can comfortably and stylishly live, work, and play.
EPC Style product line includes exercise skirts, pull over and zip up jackets, tank tops, ballerina tops, and blouses, all crafted from the finest sustainable fabrics and components manufactured in the USA. REPREVE®, the leading and most trusted, recycled, high-quality performance fiber, allows for extreme flexibility for any activity, and deserving softness.
The classic styles come in black and white with a limited-edition collection of patterned pieces. The first collection consists of a custom fabric design inspired by a floral abstract oil painting by accomplished artist Claire Hardy. Pritsker utilized the color pallets in the painting, embracing the gray, black, white, and pink in a floral print fabric. Beautiful accessories and detailed trim compliment the styles. A Fall collection will add rose, purple, gray, and mineral red to the color selections.
EPC Style is available in sizes XS, S, M, and L, all true to fit, based on 5’4”-5’6” up to 5’8”. Prices begin at $98-198 for tops, $498 for jackets, and $128-198 for bottoms. The eco-friendly and locally produced line is currently being sold in the Laurel Lane Shops at Nemacolin and the Nemacolin Golf Shop. Additional retail partners to be announced in the upcoming months. EPC Style can be purchased from the EPC Style headquarters in Timonium, Maryland.
“EPC Style is more than athleisure. It is everyday style. It is couture. It is fun and fresh, styled and mindful, modern and strong,” shared Ella Pritsker. “Designing this line for the active woman in mind, I wanted to offer beautiful and buttery soft pieces that would enable women to transcend the day. From the golf course or tennis courts to an afternoon lunch meeting followed by a romantic dinner date, this collection is the perfect attire in which women can live, work, and play.”
“The EPC Style collection is exceeding our expectations in both venues – outselling other brands,” said Dorothy Lierman, Director of Retail, Nemacolin. “I have done very well with comfortable sophisticated clothing from luxury lines and was thrilled to include Ella among our other world-renowned designers. Ella is not only a very talented designer and smart businesswoman, but she is also kind-hearted, hard-working, and passionate. Our guests love EPC Style, and we are honored to support a female owned, local, American-made business.”
The concept of the EPC Style line emerged during the national COVID 19 pandemic when Pritsker was working 18 to 20 hours a day making masks for local and regional hospital workers. She realized that the golf clothing she was wearing could be more comfortable. She revisited an earlier idea to design her own performance line, and several months later she sourced the fabric, gathered her team, and began production.
Utilizing centuries-old master techniques, Ella Pritsker opened her custom couture shop in 1997 in Timonium, MD. She is a well-known fashion designer of elegant and timeless couture. Her designs range from executive couture to wedding gowns and special occasion dresses. Since her coming to America from Russia 30 years ago, Ella has become a noted and award-winning couture designer, partnering with female leaders including Maryland’s First Lady, former Mayor of Baltimore Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Miss. Maryland, Miss. Universe, and other beauty contestants.
